To manufacture the products we produce high-precision moulds, the design of which takes into all the small details of the future product. As a result, it is possible to obtain both a simple and a very complex product with a number of holes and bends.
Round-the-clock, three-shift operation
Our staff works on a three-shift basis, 24/7, thus providing additional monitoring, prompt feedback to every change and decreasing manufacturing period.
Assembly and packing of finished products
At the request of the customer, we can perform additional operations for assembling and painting superconcentrates and pigments using antistatic agents, as well as for the subsequent packaging of our products. Also individual laser marking of each product or the addition of a chip of any size in the manufacturing process is possible.

Storage and maintenance
Storage of moulds in the right conditions is one of the factors influencing the life of the product. The correct storage provided by our company during the downtime of the production process allows maximum protection of moulds from moisture, dirt, rust and aggressive environmental influences.
We have implemented a quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates.
Quality control at all stages of production:
A technician compares the final product with a reference sample of the injection-moulded product.
Production manager checks quality once per hour.
